Posted 06-08-10  We want to bring to your attention an important date to keep in mind.  The current policy for flood insurance for West Pacific Campus will expire on October 5, 2010.  This policy was paid for by the association.  As of October 5, 2010, it will be up to each individual owner to procure and pay for their own flood insurance coverage at that time.

Posted 01-27-10  Ballots for the 2010 Proposed Budget and director nominee were sent by mail and e-mail to all members.  This ballot is intended to provide the members an opportunity to vote on the 2010 Proposed Budget and directors.  This ballot represents your vote and takes the place of the annual meeting.  In order for your vote to count, you must mail, fax, or deliver this ballot to the association on or before February 15, 2010.  Please see the link below for the mail ballot.

Posted 12-16-09  Carbon monoxide detectors/alarms are now required in all short term rental units.  For your safety, there are carbon monoxide detectors installed in all HOA common area boiler rooms.

Regardless of the new requirements, Full Circle strongly recommends that you install a detector as soon as possible.  They can be purchased at your local hardware store.
